Terms and conditions for our Hajj and Umrah services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit
  • Full payment is due 60 days before departure
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 90+ days before departure: 25% penalty
  • Cancellations 60-89 days before departure: 50% penalty
  • Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 75% penalty
  • Cancellations less than 30 days: 100% penalty

Travel Documents

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and visas. We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval.

Health and Safety

Passengers must meet all health requirements for travel to Saudi Arabia, including required vaccinations and medical clearances.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or government authorities.
